Friends of Internationals (FOI) is a global organization that has helped thousands of students and young adults all around the world by providing various services that foster friendship, kindness, and a desire to learn physical and spiritual things. FOI now aims to bring this community to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and beyond!

Our Founder - Andrew Ong

Andrew is a husband, father, pastor, and entrepreneur. He has lived in several countries and traveled extensively during his time in U.S., U.K., Europe, and Asia.  He and his wife run a flourishing real estate business in the U.S., but their passion has always been to share the love of God with others. Andrew believes “To whom much is given, much is required” and he wholeheartedly believes he has been graciously given much.  

Andrew founded FOI in 2012 and has enjoyed making countless international friendships. Over the last 10 years, he has had the privilege to envision and help others start FOI groups.

    Arriving in a new country can be intimidating. FOI coordinates with campus organizations and local volunteers to greet you the moment you arrive.

    Living abroad can be overwhelming. FOI hosts a party to celebrate your arrival into our community. We want to get to know you and introduce you to family and friends while eating good food and having fun!

  • Dinner at My House

    Everyone loves good food with good friends. Dinner at My House is a great opportunity to enjoy a meal together while cultivating deeper friendships.

  • English Club

    English is a key language that unlocks new relationships and opportunities. Join FOI Saigon every month for an evening of food, fun games, and meaningful discussions.
